Mercy Never Sleeps: A Book Review

Mercy Never Sleeps by Jamie Blaine

This book is written by a man who is an on-call crisis worker. Blaine talks about how his work with individuals in some of their darkest times and insomnia ramps up to a desperate stage as he veers closer to becoming the kind of person he's trying to save. I love the honesty in this book as he works through life and theological issues of God. Blaine is genuine in sharing his struggles with the readers, and I admire him greatly for tackling hard topics in this book.
